This data is used to improve the website and analyze marketing activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-17 wp-block-paragraph\">You can change your cookie preferences by clicking the cookie management button\/banner at the bottom of the page. If cookies are blocked, not all e-shop features may function correctly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-18 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>For what purpose is personal data processed<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-19 wp-block-paragraph\">Processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with the customer (order processing and delivery). The merchant has the right to process the customer's data to provide services, including transferring the customer's data to persons involved in the merchant's provision of services to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-28 wp-block-paragraph\">Authorized processors are:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-29\"><strong>Information technology and web hosting provider<\/strong> Zone Media O\u00dc, to ensure e-shop functionality and data hosting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-30\"><strong>Payment and delivery solutions intermediary<\/strong> Montonio Finance O\u00dc.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For payment processing (bank link payments are processed via Montonio).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To offer payment solutions (Montonio forwards the customer's name, parcel locker address, and phone number to the corresponding transport company, e.g., Omniva or Itella, to deliver the order).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-31\"><strong>Statistics and Analytics<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Google Analytics (web usage statistics).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facebook Pixel (Marketing Activity Analysis).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-32\"><strong>Direct Marketing<\/strong> Smaily O\u00dc (newsletter sending platform).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33 wp-block-paragraph\">Mangim O\u00dc is the responsible processor of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Montonio Finance O\u00dc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-34 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Security and data access<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-35 wp-block-paragraph\">Personal data is stored on Zone Media O\u00dc's servers, located within the territory of an EU member state or a country that is part of the European Economic Area.<sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-36 wp-block-paragraph\">The e-shop implements appropriate physical, organizational, and information technology security measures to protect personal data.<sup><\/sup>information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, or unauthorized access and disclosure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-37 wp-block-paragraph\">The transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the e-shop takes place on the basis of agreements concluded between the e-shop and the authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate security measures when processing personal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-38 wp-block-paragraph\">Data may be transferred to countries assessed by the European Commission to have an adequate level of data protection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-39 wp-block-paragraph\">When using analytics and marketing services (Google, Facebook), data (e.g., IP address, cookie information) may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, primarily to the United States.
