CONTRIBUTION TO COSMIC BALANCE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21 wp-block-paragraph\">The online store also allows for a voluntary \u201cbalance contribution\u201d for those who received the book in another way (from a friend, download, etc.). The book may be copied, shared, and distributed for commercial purposes as well. This applies to the physical book you have acquired.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-42 wp-block-paragraph\">This text is permitted \u2013 I repeat, precisely permitted, not forbidden \u2013 to be copied, reproduced, and distributed through all various media: electronically, mechanically, orally, scanned. It is permitted to reproduce and make photocopies and use them at your discretion without notifying the author. It is permitted to quote, partially or fully, without attribution to the author. It is permitted to use the book for any purpose, including commercial purposes. The book may be translated and published in any language, without restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-43 wp-block-paragraph\">Organizations that received the book for free and are using it for commercial purposes are encouraged to make a voluntary contribution on our website. RIGHT TO CLAIM<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-64 wp-block-paragraph\">9.1. The Seller is responsible for the non-compliance of the goods with the contract terms or for a defect that already existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent <strong>Over two years<\/strong>, from the moment the goods are handed over to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-65 wp-block-paragraph\">9.2. It is assumed that <strong>in the first twelve months<\/strong> the latent defect already existed at the time of purchasing the item, provided that such an assumption is not contrary to the nature of the item or the defect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-66 wp-block-paragraph\">9.3. In the event of a defect, the buyer has the right to contact the seller within two months at the latest by sending an email to <strong>autor@mangim.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-67 wp-block-paragraph\">9.4. The Seller is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been handed over to the Buyer (e.g., as a result of improper use or maintenance of the goods).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-68 wp-block-paragraph\">9.5. If the goods have defects for which the seller is responsible, the seller shall repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the seller shall refund the buyer all fees incurred under the sales contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-69 wp-block-paragraph\">9.6. The seller shall respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a form reproducible in writing. <strong>15 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-70 wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-71 wp-block-paragraph\">10.1. We will attempt to resolve disagreements through negotiation. If this is unsuccessful, you may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee operating under the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (www.ttja.ee). The committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between a consumer and an undertaking. The review of a complaint by the committee is free of charge for the parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-72 wp-block-paragraph\">10.2. The buyer may also turn to the European Union's online dispute resolution platform (ODR platform) at <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu\/index_et\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" title=\"\">https:\/\/consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu\/index_et<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-73 wp-block-paragraph\">10.3. Laws of the Republic of Estonia apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-74\">10. CHANGES TO CONDITIONS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-background-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-75 wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to amend these terms. Amendments will be effective upon publication on the e-store.
